All items sold are not refundable.
Warranty Policy (Effective 1st January 2010)
Please be assured that all our products are brand new and comes with a 1-month manufacturer warranty.
The following are not covered under the warranty policy:

The fault or defect is due to your own breakage or misuse rather than the product’s quality issue |

The product casing is open up in an attempt to fix / repair |

The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear. |

Accessories (Batteries, Memory Cards and etc) are not covered under the 1 month warranty. Instead, it will be covered for 7 days from the date of delivery. |
Who pays for what?
You will have to bear the cost of delivering the alleged defective product to us. Once it has been repaired / replaced, we will arrange to deliver the product back to you at our cost. However, if the defect is due to your negligence, misuse or liquids, you will need to bear the delivery cost of $10 for the return of your product. |
