Q. What are the delivery methods?
Local Customers
1) Singpost Non-Registered Mail
- For item less than 210 x 297 x 10mm in size and weight not more than 100grams
2) Local Courier Service
- Item exceeding 210 x 297 x 10mm in size and weight more than 100 gram
- Delivery will be from Monday – Friday between 10am – 1pm, 1pm – 6pm and 7pm – 10pm
- Delivery on weekends and public holidays are subject to availability and a delivery fee of S$5.00 will be imposed.
We will email you on your preferred date and time.
3) Self Collection
- Self pick-up location will be at Buangkok MRT station
- We will email you on your preferred date and time
Overseas Customers
1) Singpost Air Mail
- For item less than 210 x 297 x 10mm in size and weight not more than 100grams
- Delivery time will be between 7 – 15 working days depending on country
2) Overseas Courier Service
- Federal Express
- DHL
- UPS
- Speedpost
Q. What is the estimated delivery time for an Order?
Delivery within Singapore
We will process your order within the next working day after payment is received. You will then get to choose your preferred date and time to deliver your order subject to availability. Usually, you can expect to receive your order after 5 working days upon receipt of your payment.
Overseas Delivery
Total delivery time consist of two parts. Firstly, we will process your order within the next working day after payment is received. Thereafter, we will proceed to ship your order and you can expect to receive them within 7 working days. Usually, you can expect to receive your order within 8 working days upon receipt of your payment.
Q. Can I send the products I buy to a different address?
We can deliver your order to just about any address you give us. Our address book allows you to store up to 5 different addresses. When you place your order, just indicate the delivery address that you want us to deliver to. Do note that the billing address and delivery address need not be the same.
Q. What happens if I am not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?
We will need to reschedule another delivery date and time and you will be charged for the additional trip of $10. Do drop us an email one day before delivery latest by 5pm to reschedule your delivery.
Q. What if the delivery gets late or arrives before time?
It is our endeavour to deliver products on time. However, in unavoidable circumstances, if the delivery is earlier or later than the stated time, we will reschedule another delivery for you at no additional charge. |
